There are many different reasons why people want to change their diet. Most people want to change their diet because they want to lose weight while some people have to change their diet because of a medical condition. With all the types of diets that can be followed, it may be difficult to find the right one. Diets that consist of real foods to Eat Nourishing are the best choice regardless of the reason why a change in diet is necessary. By real food I mean foods that come from nature and that has not been refined or processed. Real food crops come from seeds that have not been genetically modified. The crops will not have been subjected to chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or acid washes. Real food meats will come from animals that have been pasture raised and have been fed their natural diet. Real food should not be packaged but some can be found to be packaged. Primarily, a real food product will contain no more than five ingredients and will not contain chemicals.
One of these types of diets is the Paleo diet. The name is taken from the Paleolithic era when humans hunted and gathered their foods. This diet consists of meats and vegetables, just as the cavemen ate in the Paleolithic era. The Paleo diet does include small portions of fruits and nuts. However, it does not include grains or dairy products of any kind. This makes the Paleo diet a good choice for anyone with gluten intolerance. The ingredients for Paleo Diet Recipes will be found in the organic section of the supermarket, at a local farmers market and butcher shops, or even grown in your back yard. Essentially, the ingredients and foods for the Paleo diet will be as close to natural and pure as possible.
