Packaging and Advertising for Budweiser Select

It looks like budweiser select was created to cater the younger market. The company aims to encourage the younger population of beer drinkers to actually go for the brand instead of the others because it looks like Budweiser company was not too popular within this crowd for a time. When Budweiser Select was launched, it was introduced and packaged as a premium beer that is created to be specially flavourful. Even if it seems like Budweiser Select should be something out of the ordinary, the price for this is not too different from the ordinary and light Budweiser beer. The emphasis was really focused on marketing Budweiser Select as a beer that fits with the lifestyle and preferences of the younger beer drinkers. That could not be denied because the endorser for this product was the rapper Jay-Z in the commercial. The commercial is also blasted with much computer graphics. It is pretty obvious that the it was really the younger demographics that were being targeted by the company when they launched Budweiser Select.
